Conference Overview
The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Future University in Egypt (FUE), in collaboration with the
Centre for Business and Economic Research (CBER) , successfully hosted the 14th ROGE-2025 Conference
from 11–12 August 2025 . The conference explored a broad range of topics in business and economic development,
attracting participants from both developed and developing countries.
Academic Leadership
The event was held under the presidency of Prof. Ebada Sarhan , President of Future University in Egypt,
with Prof. Hany El Shamy , Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, serving as
Conference Chair . Their leadership underscored the university’s commitment to academic excellence,
innovation, and international collaboration.

Ms. Mariam Khalil , Assistant Lecturer, won the Third Best Paper Award for her research titled
“The Effect of Board of Directors’ Diversity on Firm Performance .”
Furthermore, three e-posters submitted by FUE students received the Best E-Poster Award , based on graduation projects supervised by
Dr. Hesham El Masry , Dr. Heba Sorour , and Dr. Noha Zakaria .
