Ahmed S. Salama , Professor of Management Information Systems , and Vice Dean of Education & Students Affairs, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt. He received his BSc degree in Management Sciences - specialization is computer sciences and information systems from Sadat Academy in 1991 Egypt, M.Sc. in Information Technology from Alexandria University in 1998, and his Ph.D. in information technology in 2004 from Alexandria University Egypt. Ghadeer Mohamed Badr Eldin Aboul-Ela is the Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research and acting as the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs, Faculty of Commerce and Business, Future University in Egypt. She a Professor of Human Resource Management and, was awarded her doctorate degree in Business Administration from Cairo University. Professor Badr has over Nineteen years of teaching experience, consulting as well as research activities. She has published several research in top ranked journals and is on the editorial board of Future Business Journal. Professor Badrs research interests span both Human Resource Management as well as Organization Behaviour disciplines.
