Bank Misr Museum Students' Field Visit

Within the framework Agreement for Cooperation between the Future University and the Egyptian Banking System Model (EBSM), students of the Accounting Department visited the Museum of Banque Misr on 21/2/2023 under the supervision of Prof. Dina Karima, Head of the Department & the presence of Prof. Ghader Badr, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs, Dr. Ola Shawky, Coordinator of the Accounting Program, and Dr. Naglaa Diaa, Marketing Lecturer, member of the Environmental Affairs Committee, as well as ,some Teaching Assistants of the Accounting Department.

During the two-hour visit, students were able to learn about the establishment of Banque Misr and the holdings & contribution of the economist Talaat Harb, the founder of the bank. Students also enjoyed examining the primary methods of accounting data records in the various institutions of the Bank.
