Business Law

The business law course is structured to provide business students with a theoretical background on the fundamentals of law, legal theory, and some legal terms used therein. The course introduces general knowledge of labour regulation, as well as governmental relations and activities, including the societal obligations described in the criminal and other statutory or regulatory law. The course provides an orientation to labour law from the perspective of human resource management.
