Under the guidance of a faculty member, students participate in a project related to the management field. The Graduation Project is designed to equip the students with the skills necessary to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity through successful team and project leadership. Students in the Graduation Project will develop an understanding of project management concepts, applications, and it will work on developing their analytical as well as their conceptual skills in the human resource management field.
